The Ithaca College Chorus will present Haydn's oratorio "The Creation" on Sunday, April 25 at 3pm in Ford Hall.  Janet Galvan will conduct, and the faculty soloists will be soprano Deborah Montgomery, tenor David Parks, and baritone Marc Webster.  The IC Masterworks Orchestra will also participate.

The Ithaca College Chorus is a large ensemble dedicated to distinctive and varied repertoire including music from all periods, a wide range of styles, and music from many cultures.  Each spring the ensemble presents a major work such as the Fauré Requiem. The group appears in concert at least six times throughout the year on campus.  They have performed Handel's Messiah with Ithaca's professional Cayuga Chamber Orchestra in Ithaca's Historic State Theater and in Lincoln Center's Avery Fisher Hall as part of the Choral Union.  The ensemble has worked with many guest artists and composers including New York Voices and Horace Boyer.
