On Tuesday, April 27th, at the noon hour in Friends 210, Sigma Tau Delta and the English Department will be sponsoring an informational gathering for students who would like to know more about opportunities for one-on-one collaborative work with faculty members in the English department.

Come to the session in order to learn more about honors projects, independent studies, and research projects that you can conduct in the English major, in collaboration with faculty members.  You will hear from both faculty members and students about the process that is involved in engaging in such a project, about funding that can be obtained for research projects, and about why students might want to take advantage of these opportunities.

Professors Twomey, Egan, Kittredge, Gleitman, L. Murphy and Wasson will all be present, accompanied by the students with whom they are currently collaborating on a project, a thesis or an independent study.  

Pizza will be served!
