ARE YOU GRADUATING IN 2010 AND PLAN TO TEACH IN NEW YORK STATE?Contributed by Diane Kinne on 04/26/10 Do you have questions about applying for teacher certification? The Department of Education is offering assistance with the application process to all Spring and Summer 2010 graduates. Drop-in hours will be offered on May 4, 5 and 6 from 9:00 - 11:00 am and from 1:00 - 3:00 pm each day in Muller 213 (across from the H&S Dean's Office). During these sessions students can apply for certification, ask questions about the complete process or pick-up instructions for applying for certification or fingerprinting. If there are questions or to set up an appointment at another time, students should contact Diane Kinne at dkinne@ithaca.edu or 607-274-1488.
