We are excited to announce that on Monday, August 16, 2010 we are initiating a new maintenance software program called Maintenance Direct.

Maintenance Direct is an enhanced web-based maintenance request system that the Office of Facilities is using to provide improved maintenance services to the College community.  This software is hosted off campus and will replace the TMA/iServiceDesk system that we currently use.

Maintenance Direct will enable requesters to submit and track requests for services via the web from any computer, from any location.  This system will generate updates in the form of an email message to the requester when any status changes occur to the requester's work order (e.g. work in progress, parts on order, waiting funding, etc.)
