Notice to all Student Employees

This is a reminder that if you worked between August 16th and August 29th, you must submit an online timecard in Parnassus to record your hours. Your timecard must be submitted and approved by noon on Tuesday, August 31st in order to receive a paycheck on Friday, September 3rd.

We will also have drop-in sessions in the Human Resources PC Training Room at the following times to help in completing an online timecard:

  • Friday, August 27th from noon until 3 p.m.
  • Monday, August 30th 9 a.m. until 3 p.m.
  • Tuesday August 31st from 9 a.m. until noon.

Just stop by the HR front desk located on the Garden Level of the Peggy Ryan Williams Center and ask for the online timecard training. As always, you can call the Payroll Office at (607) 274-3874 and (607) 274-3133 with any questions.
