Speech-Language Pathology Department Being Re-accreditedContributed by Julie Chambers on 09/09/10 In conjunction with the eight-year re-accreditation of its graduate program, the Department of Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology at Ithaca College is sponsoring a public meeting on Monday, September 27, 2010 at 4:00 p.m. in room 201 of the Center for Health Sciences.
The Council on Academic Accreditation (CAA) of the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association is conducting the reaccreditation. A three-member visitation team from the CAA will be in attendance at the meeting. All interested members of the community are invited to attend. Individuals who have received services through the College’s Sir Alexander Ewing-Ithaca College Speech and Hearing Clinic, their parents, and local professionals who have worked with students or graduates of the Department of Speech-Language Pathology are particularly invited to attend.
