Many packages that are mailed through the United States Postal Service are waiting in mail rooms to be picked up. These packages were sent without tracking numbers and therefore you do not receive an email notification when they arrive.  You receive a florescent pink card in your mail box. They can be large boxes or small padded envelopes.
Bring the pink card and your ID to the customer service door at your mail room (where you picked up the pink card)  when it is staffed and pick up your package.

If after 3 notices are given and your package has not been picked up, it will be returned to the sender as “unclaimed.” Do you want your family to receive back that care package they sent you?

Check out Ithaca College Mail Services on Facebook.  Wonder where your mail room is?  How to find the Mail Center?  When we are open?  The answers are here.
Call the Mail Center at 274-3371 with questions.
