Sign up for direct deposit now and avoid the wait!

Did you know that you could have your money in your account on payday and ready for your weekend fun? Don’t wait for your check to come in the mail! Checks are mailed out on paydays to your local or on campus address. That could take up to four days to get through the mail system. Sign up for direct deposit now! Want to know how? There are two ways you can do so:

1 – Sign up in Parnassus. Click on "IC Student Employee Self Service", then click on “Manage Direct Deposit Information” and enter all your banking information right in there.

OR

2 – Stop by the Student Employment Office or the Payroll Office to pick up a paper form for direct deposit.
