Come find out more about becoming a mentor on Disability Mentoring Day (DMD) at Ithaca College on Thursday, October 28, 2010. To learn more about the important role you can take part in attend you are invited to attend an informational session on Friday, September 24 at 12-1 p.m. (lunch will be provided).

Ithaca College will host this important event beginning with breakfast from 9:30 - 10:30 a.m. at Emerson Suites in the Campus Center. Once you meet with your mentee, then you, along with a chaperone, will go to your worksite for approximately two hours to job shadow.

The mentees are students from Ithaca High School and BOCES. They will select a department or position they believe will provide them with a practical perspective of what life is like on the job.
