Many people don't enjoy running, and not everyone is motivated to go to the gym. There are many other creative and fun ways to get that workout in! Going for a brisk walk with lots of stairs or hills - easy to do on this campus - can get your heart pumping and endorphins flowing. You could also make a step exercise with any sturdy stool or step; and adding music can make it an enjoyable routine in your own room. Contributed by: Erin Wilday '12 |
