Fall is a great time to jump-start your workout!

Many people don't enjoy running, and not everyone is motivated to go to the gym. There are many other creative and fun ways to get that workout in! Going for a brisk walk with lots of stairs or hills - easy to do on this campus - can get your heart pumping and endorphins flowing. You could also make a step exercise with any sturdy stool or step; and adding music can make it an enjoyable routine in your own room.
