Bomber Softball Team Ranks In Top 10 Nationally In GPA

The Ithaca softball team ranked 10th nationally with a 3.447 grade-point average, according to figures recently released by the National Fastpitch Coaches Association. The Bombers, who reached the Division III World Series last year for the ninth time in 15 years, were the only World Series team to rank in the top 10. Ithaca ranked eighth in 2009; this marks the first time the Bombers have finished in the nation's top 10 in consecutive seasons.
