The Ithaca College Chapter of Food for Thought is hosting Ithaca's 1st Walk for Plumpy'nut on tomorrow, October 9, 2010 at Cass Park. Sign up today before the price goes up!

Registration begins at 10 a.m. and the 5k walk begins at 11 a.m. Registration is $10 before the walk, and $12 the day of the walk.

All proceeds from the walk will be used to purchase packets of Plumpy'nut for Concern Worldwide's feeding centers in Ethiopia. Plumpy'nut is a therapeutic food that is used to save severely malnourished children. 

The first 60 participants to register will receive a t-shirt and the first 100 participants to register will receive a goodie bag.

There will also be free food, Gimme Coffee, music from WICB, and raffle prizes!

- A Chocolate Tour of Life's So Sweet Chocolate
