Have you ever been requested to show proof of income? Or just wanted to see how much you have earned?  Did you know your paystubs are viewable through your Parnassus account?

That’s right when you log into Parnassus (like you do when completing your time cards) there is a tab called “Payslip Information”.  Click on it and you will be able to view your paystubs. You can choose the date of the payslip you would like to view, up to 2 years prior.  And the best part, you can view your current payroll on the Wednesday prior to the Friday payday.  This payslip shows your gross earnings year to date and for the current pay. You can also see the current and year to day tax withholdings.

At the bottom of this online paystub you can also view your net pay distribution. If your direct deposit is set up it will state the bank name the deposit was made to. If you don’t have a direct deposit account set up the check number issued will be noted.  If you would like to set up direct deposit you can do it in Parnassus with the tab that says “manage direct deposits”. It simply and easy, and your pay is directly deposited on Friday mornings of payday, not mailed.
