Help Ithaca College win the GameDay Challenge WITH A SCORE OF ZERO (waste) at the October 30 Bomber’s game against Utica.Contributed by Paula Turkon on 10/28/10 Attention all Ithaca Bombers Fans! IC is competing against more than 80 other colleges and universities (including Duke, Harvard, Syracuse, and Yale) in the GameDay Challenge to reduce waste and increase recycling and composting. The GameDay Challenge is sponsored by the Environmental Protection Agency in an effort to increase recycling and composting on college campuses. All you have to do to help Ithaca College win is come to the October 30th football game and place your recyclables and compostables in the well-marked receptacles located around the stadium. The game starts at 1:00 p.m. @ Butterfield Stadium. Come cheer on your bombers against Empire Eight rival Utica and help get Ithaca College recognized as one of the most sustainable schools in the country! *Individuals with disabilities requiring accommodations should contact Paula Turkon at pturkon@ithaca.edu. It's called Butterfield Stadium, not Buttermilk.
