Parents, are you interested to participate in a paid research study that helps children? The Advancing Autism Treatment laboratory in the psychology department is looking for mothers who have typically developing children or children with autism between the ages of 8-10 to participate in a research study. The study will take place in two sessions. The first will be a play session between your child and a researcher. During this session you will be asked to fill out a few questionnaires. This will take approximately one hour. The second session will not include your child and is a brief follow-up study where we will ask you questions about your child. This session will take approximately 40 minutes. You will be given a gift certificate worth $25 following your participation in each session and your child will receive a small toy.
