By filling out 2 surveys and a demographic form, that will take about 30-40 minutes to complete, you can be entered to win one of two $50 gift cards from Amazon.com. Announcements about this study will be made in occupational therapy classes. You can pick up the surveys in class or in the OT department located in 204 Smiddy Hall.
