Don't cut your hair! 11/15 9-4pm in the North Foyer of Campus Center Hillel and Colleges Against Cancer present the annual Inch-a-Thon. Local barbers and stylists will be cutting hair all day in the North Foyer. If you donate 8 inches or more, the hair cut is free. If you cut less then 8 inches, the appointment only costs $10! All hair will be donated to Pantene Beautiful Lengths, an organization that creates real hair wigs for women who have lost their hair due to cancer treatments. All money donations will be sent to Chai Life Line, an organization that helps children and families cope with cancer and cancer related illnesses. Email hillel@ithaca.edu to make an appointment or look for Hillel's tables in campus center closer to the event. |
