As the fall semester comes to an end, some of you may have an expected or unexpected vacancy in your room, suite or apartment.   Whether you anticipate a vacancy or not, the Office of Residential Life strongly recommends that you complete a vacancy form indicating the individual you would like to pull into your room in the event that a space opens.

If a vacancy occurs in your room, suite, or apartment and we do not have this form on file, we will assign that space to a student interested in living in that particular area. 

Winter Vacancy forms will be available on November 30, 2010 in the Office of Residential Life located in the East Tower and need to be received no later than December 17, 2010 at 5pm.  Any vacancy request received after December 17, 2010 at 5pm cannot be guaranteed and the space may be filled by the Office of Residential Life.
