Don't worry, there will be plenty of time to transition to this new system. The initial plans include conducting a Sakai pilot for some summer 2011 courses, having both Sakai and Blackboard available for the 2011-2012 academic year and then transitioning fully to Sakai by Fall 2012. Information sessions will be held:
Faculty, staff and students are invited to attend any one of these sessions. Additional online information will be available shortly; in the mean time, if you have any questions about this change please contact Mary Jo Watts, mwatts@ithaca.edu, 274-5191. Individuals with disabilities requiring accommodations should contact Mary Jo Watts at mwatts@ithaca.edu. We ask that requests for accommodations be made as soon as possible. We know it is late in the semester but hope that you can still find the time to attend! |
