Looking for an opportunity to explore science education in a fun, hands-on way? Apply for an internship with the Sciencenter! Positions range from assisting with program delivery in the museum, delivering outreach activities in local elementary schools, or helping to develop programming for our Discovery Space.

 

Over the last year the Sciencenter has been in the process of developing an Education Internship program that provides students with opportunities to explore science education in an informal setting. The specific responsibilities of these positions range from assisting with program delivery in the museum, delivering outreach activities in local elementary schools, or helping to develop programming for our Discovery Space. A primary goal of the internship program is to provide meaningful experiences for students to engage with the public about science, while also helping support our department's busy workload. We are currently recruiting for the Spring semester and would greatly appreciate any help or suggestions you have in regards to sharing this opportunity with potential applicants.
