Ithaca College

 The new Athletics and Events Center loop road is scheduled to be opened for public use on Monday December 6, 2010.

 Pending final inspection and approval from the Town of Ithaca, on December 6, the new Athletics and Events Center loop road, starting from the Coddington Road entrance to the college going up to the Athletics and Events Center, "A" Parking Lot, and the upper quad residence halls, will be available for use.

In conjunction with the opening of this new road, and as a part of the original design of the Athletics and Events Center facility, we will be closing a section of Grant Egbert Blvd, from the entrance to "B" Parking Lot (by Lyon Hall) south (past the outdoor pool) to the north entrance of "A" Parking lot. This closing will occur on Thursday December 9. The entrance to "B" Parking Lot will remain open.

Please note that once the section of Grant Egbert Blvd, described above, is closed vehicular access to the Athletics and Events Center, "A" Parking Lot, and the upper quad residence halls will be only via the new loop road.
