Mail and Package Delivery During Exam Week and Winter BreakContributed by Karen Serbonich on 12/02/10 Packages that have not been picked up from the resident hall mail rooms by Friday, December 10th will be moved to the Phillips Hall Post Office for pick up during exam week. The Phillips Hall Post Office is open 8- 4:30PM, Monday – Friday. If a package has been moved to Phillips Hall a blue card notification will be placed in your mail box. These packages will be forwarded to the permanent address on file if not picked up by 2:30PM, Friday, December 17th. During exam week, mail will be delivered to all resident hall mail boxes, but the mail rooms will not be staffed. Packages that arrive during winter break with tracking numbers (UPS, DHL, FedEx and USPS) will be processed and held at the Phillips Hall Post Office. E-mail notifications will be sent notifying you of any packages that have been delivered to the College during the winter break. You may reply to these e-mail notifications supplying the College with forwarding instructions. Only USPS packages can be forwarded without payment. All other couriers require pre-payment to forward packages.
