Kudos to the School of Music's Assistant Professor of Voice, Dawn Pierce, for her continuous support of Ithaca College!

Dawn was recently featured on the front page of her hometown newspaper, the Olean Times Herald, and spoke fondly of her love for her work and Ithaca College.  She was also recently featured  on Tish Pearlman's "Out of Bounds" radio  show, where she also spoke glowingly about her experiences at Ithaca  College.  You can hear the half hour program on the website for the next month: http://www.outofboundsradioshow.com

Assistant Professor Pierce has shown her students how to use their talents to give back to the local community, most recently with a trip to Longview. In November, a large group from her voice  studio traveled to the area's senior retirement community to perform a birthday concert for their residents.  The performance was very well received and was a rewarding experience for all!
