It’s my pleasure to announce that Lisa Hoskey has accepted the offer to serve as director of the Office of Student Financial Services.  

Lisa comes to Ithaca College from the State University of New York Institute of Technology in Utica, NY, where she has served as director of financial aid for the past several years. During that time, Lisa worked in a ‘one-stop shop’ that resembles our combined financial aid and billing functions of the student financial services office. Prior to that, Lisa served Utica College in both financial aid and admission capacities. She also brings three years of experience in the direct loan servicing field to the position.

Lisa graduated from Hamilton College with a B.A. in public policy and holds an M.S.Ed. in leadership and instruction for inclusive classrooms from Utica College. She impressed many across campus with her knowledge of financial aid policy and regulation, her managerial perspective, and her commitment to student service. Please join me in welcoming Lisa to Ithaca College as she begins her new position on March 7.
