Students from Strategic Communication Course Selected to Present at NCURContributed by Melissa Gattine on 01/19/11 Four student teams from the Park School of Communications submitted their projects for presentation at National Conference on Undergraduate Research (NCUR). All four were accepted. The students conducted their research as part of the Critical Issues course (STCM 45000) offered in the Department of Strategic Communication. NCUR brings together young scholars from a wide variety of higher education institutions presenting on a diverse set of topics. The conference has thousands of students and their faculty mentors presenting their research. The STCM faculty are very proud of these students, especially Dr. Gordon Rowland who taught and advised these students in the Critical Issues course. Congratulations to: Heather Mueller, Devon Noll, Jennifer Citera, Ilana Spitalnick, and Alyssa Poole |
