Ithaca College

Bryan Roberts joined the Park School this week as the Assistant Dean for Student Services. He will focus on student advising, transfer and waiver requests, academic status as well as orientation.

Bryan holds B.A. and M.A. degrees in communication from the University of Connecticut, and for the past three years has been Director of the Academic Resource Center at SUNY Purchase. In his seven years of advising experience, particularly in communications, he's coordinated their freshman seminar, supervised peer advising, organized orientation sessions, initiated new programs for data analysis for retention, and trained faculty advisors.

Associate Dean Mansfield-Richardson will now have more capacity to focus on other critical areas in the Park School including curriculum, assessment, and long-and short-term planning and resource development for faculty and course scheduling. She will also expand her work as director of the TREES sustainability effort within the school.
