SENIORS: ARE YOU THE NEXT MR. or MISS ITHACA?

Mr. and Miss Ithaca is an Ithaca College tradition that combines the showcasing of pageantry and a night of entertainment. Students are nominated by their peers and the selected contestants compete on the runway in evening, swim and spirit wear as well as a talent show. Do you have what it takes to be the next Mr. or Miss Ithaca?

To participate in the Mr. and Miss Ithaca Event students will anonymously nominate their peers using the following online survey form: http://www.surveymonkey.com/s/X2RNF9G Students who have been nominated for either Mr. or Miss Ithaca will be contacted via e-mail with an attached application. Should the nominees want to participate and be considered for the final candidates (the ones who will compete at the actual event) the application must be filled out and returned to the Senior Class Special Events Committee. The application will consist of general information questions as well as a couple short answer. Nominees who return their application will then be called in to audition their talent, and selections for the final candidates will be chosen post auditions. Each of the final candidates  will be required to perform a talent, dress and walk a runway in evening wear, swim wear, and IC spirit wear, and answer interview questions. Mr. and Miss Ithaca will be chosen based on the evaluation of a panel of judges (TBA).

Nominees must be an Ithaca College undergraduate student currently enrolled and a qualifying Senior. Final candidates must be available for both the dress rehearsal and the day of the event (March 6 & 7).

Individuals with disabilities requiring accommodations should contact the Senior Class Cabinet [icseniorclassof2011@gmail.com]. We ask that requests for accommodations be made as soon as possible.
