During the winter break, the CC&ES office got a much needed face lift. New carpeting, fresh paint and a slightly new configuration set the stage for our friendly and knowledgeable staff to assist you in planning your next great event. While our focus remains on providing this community with first rate event expertise, we wish to do so in a “greener” manner.

As an office we pledge to:

• Turn off the lights when we leave our offices.
• Turn off our monitors & speakers and shut down our computers at the end of the day.
• Set our printers to double-sided and only print what is necessary.
• Visit “OSCAR” first before ordering office supplies.
