The Family Care Committee of the Office of Human Resource's Work/Life Action Team is devoted to assessing the current and future child and adult care resource needs of IC employees as well as their family care expectations of IC as an employer. 

The committee has worked with staff in the Office of Institutional Research to develop a survey to gather this information. The confidential survey will be available online beginning February 14th! Please mark your calendar. We hope that you will carve out 10-20 minutes to respond to the survey to provide us with your feedback.

Even if you don't have any family care needs and don't anticipate any in the next five years, we would appreciate your response to the survey to help us gauge the impact felt by employees who work closely with someone who does have such needs as well as to help us measure the number of employees who do not have such needs.
