**ALL PARENTS AND PARENTS-TO-BE ARE WELCOME!**

Affinity groups are designed to be a safe place where both staff and faculty may speak on common interests and provide an opportunity to seek and support one another.

The Working Parents Affinity Group (WPAG) provides different perspectives on integrating work and our families as working professionals. This group is co-facilitated by two moms who work here on campus and who are interested in developing a resourceful place for other working parents to come together and share with one another based on ideas that YOU provide!!

MONDAY, FEBRUARY 7th, NOON-1PM, ITHACA FALLS MEETING ROOM is our next meeting and our theme this month is "Valentine's Day"!!  Bring your favorite Valentine's Day ideas!! -- whether it is a favorite recipe, homemade Valentine's cards that you like to do with your kids, or perhaps a favorite Valentine's Day tradition or activity!  It is not a requirement to bring anything at all so please come anyway!!  You could bring your lunch and maybe a friend and just relax and enjoy!!

*** And did we mention that there will be snacks?!!! ***  WPAG's co-facilitators, Joelle and Patti, have a couple of recipes that they'd like to share with you....and they thought the best way to do that was to actually make it and bring it in to share!!!

Don't forget to join the WPAG group on myHome!  ONCE JOINED, DON'T FORGET TO "SUBSCRIBE" TO THE GROUP TO RECEIVE REGULAR UPDATES AND ANNOUNCEMENTS!  We will be using our WPAG page to post recipes, updates, and annoucnements.  It's also a place for you all to post discussion items, ideas for upcoming meetings, or information/items you are seeking from one another!!

If you would like to be added to our email list and/or would like the meetings automtically proposed to your Oracle calendar, please email jalbertsman@ithaca.edu with your request.  We will be meeting once a month on a Monday, noon-1pm, throughout the year.  Please keep an eye out for regular announcements of meeting dates and locations!
