RIT is hosting a "Game Jam" event for students to prepare for Microsoft's ImagineCup. The RIT event will focus on ImagineCup's game design challenges, where students will rapidly design and prototype games for the contests. See RIT's We (heart) Games site (ImagineCup at RIT) for details about this weekend's event. See Microsoft's ImagineCup for more information about the general competition. Contact jwofford@ithaca.edu if you'd like to be put in touch with other interested IC students to form an ImagineCup competitive team. The first deadline is Feb 15, when a game storyboard will be due.
