See what companies are saying about the importance of the CSO www.nytimes.com/2007/07/03/business/03sustain.html Ithaca College is recognizing the emerging need for executives and managers with knowledge and skill in sustainability by offering BGRD 59700-03 ST: Sustainability Leadership during Summer Session 1. Offered fully online, the course will explore three innovative topics; A Systems Approach to Sustainability, Establishing Sustainability as an Organizational Purpose and Marketing Sustainability Initiatives. The course is led by Dr. Scott Erickson, Professor, Marketing and Law, School of Business. Dr. Erickson will be joined by Marian Brown, Special Assistant to the Provost for Sustainability, and Jim Armstrong, President, Good For Business. Students will develop knowledge and skills in communications, marketing and operations of sustainability initiatives through readings, online discussions, case studies and project presentations.
