NCUR 2011 has record number of student presenters during the Poster Sessions. We need 50 faculty and staff volunteers to help with these sessions.

Each poster session is 80 minutes long and there are ten such sessions. Volunteers need to be available 15 minutes before the start of each session. Each volunteer will be assigned a subgroup of posters at the session and will be responsible for making sure each presenter

• gets the poster up on time,
• stays by their poster,
• knows where to go to get help if they have poster problems, and
• promptly takes the poster down.

How will you know your assignment?

In mid March, you will receive an email from the Poster Sessions committee with your day and time. Further information about logistics will also be provided.
