Ever wonder how the Campus Center runs like a well oiled machine? It’s no doubt in part to the leadership of its outstanding managers: The Campus Center has 19 managers in all, but due to space, we will be highlighting five: seniors Joe Bagliere, Carrie-Lynne Davis, Matthew Posillico & Gabby Yengbeh along with junior, Mamuyan Jones.

Collectively, this group possesses over thirty semesters of experience working in CC&ES. As building managers, job responsibilities include opening and closing the Campus Center building; managing 30+ dedicated staff at the Information Desk, the Recreation Center, and on Set-Up shifts; and conducting building rounds. They are also responsible for carrying out the tasks associated with their unique manager roles. Carrie-Lynne is both the Schedule Manager, Gabby is the Information Desk Manager, Joe is the Sustainability Manager, Matthew is the Discipline Manager, and Mamuyan is the Set-up Manager. Ultimately, these managers work hard to ensure that the Campus Center is organized and operational, while also creating a warm and enjoyable atmosphere. As Joe says, “Our team is unstoppable!”

The Park School of Communications is represented heavily in this group, with Joe majoring in TV/R, Mamuyan majoring in Communications Management and Design with a concentration in Corporate Communications, and both Carrie-Lynne and Gabby majoring in Culture and Communications. Carrie-Lynne is also majoring in Creative Writing. Matthew represents the Park Center for Business and Sustainable Enterprise, where he majors in both Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing, and Accounting. There are career goals a-plenty for this ambitious crew! Joe’s dream is to work internationally and make a difference; Gabby wants to fight prison expansion in the U.S.; Carrie-Lynne would like to publish novels and become a professor; Matthew wants to be a VP of Marketing; and Mamuyan wants to be a manager at an Event Planning firm.

·         Gabby has actually shook President Obama’s hand

·         Carrie-Lynne was an ice hockey cheerleader for six years

·         Mamuyan’s nickname is MooMoo, and her favorite color is macaroni and cheese

·         Matthew’s favorite hobby is playing guitar
