Associate Professor Jennifer Jolly was invited to speak at Trinity College in San Antonio, Texas, as part of their annual Stieren Arts Enrichment Series. She presented a talk entitled, "Creating Pátzcuaro: Art, Tourism, and the Mexican State in Michoacán's Lake District, 1930-1945."  While in San Antonio, she also participated in a community seminar on public murals in San Antonio.

The Stieren Arts Enrichment Series annually hosts an array of leaders in the areas of art, music, drama, literature, communication, art history and aesthetics and is made possible through an endowment created by Jane and the late Arthur Stieren of San Antonio.
