The IC Student Health Survey  Period Ends This Sunday

Did you receive an email invitation to complete the IC Student Health Survey?

This is an online survey that takes about 15-20 minutes to complete.

Please participate before this Sunday, March 13, 2011 at 5pm when the survey period closes. Students who submit completed surveys will be entered into a drawing for a choice of:

A one year subscription to NetFlix OR an IPod nano!

Your responses will help improve campus wellness programs for you and your fellow students.
