Virtual teams are a growing trend. But don't worry! Here's a course that will teach you how to work with and manage virtual teams. Technology Supported Work Teams is an exploration of the communication and collaboration challenges faced by hybrid and virtual work teams. Students develop an understanding of collaborative technology, team attributes, dynamics, and processes as well as a practical set of basic facilitation and assessment skills to enhance team effectiveness. |
