Are you having trouble with your heat or hot water?  Don't wait!

If you are having issues with your hot water or the heat in your apartment, please call the Circles Community Building at (607) 274-1474 during business hours:

Monday-Thursday: 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
Friday: 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
Saturday: 12:00 p.m. (noon) to 9:00 p.m.
Sunday: 12:00 p.m. (noon) to 10:00 p.m.

If you experience problems with hot water or your heat outside of business hours, please contact the Apartment Assistant (AA) on duty at (607) 279-0402.  These issues will be called in as emergency maintenance.  Please do not submit a maintenance request for these issues.  Call right away.
