Want to attend a major international film festival, meet cutting edge film directors, provocative new media artists, virtuoso musicians and courageous activists? Now is your chance: Finger Lakes Environmental Film Festival (FLEFF) passes are now on sale for IC students for the lowest price ever:  $20, for five films at Cinemapolis. FLEFF runs April 10-17, 2011, exploring the theme of CHECKPOINTS.

For the first time in its history, FLEFF is offering the first 200 festival passes to IC students for the all-time low price of $20. That's $4 a film downtown at the new Cinemapolis.

Your festival pass opens up an international world of film directors, editors, new media artists, musicians presenting their work at Cinemapolis. Directors and industry professionals presenting at Cinemapolis include Rodrigo Bellott (Bolivia/Amsterdam, EVEN THE RAIN), Tina Mabry (MISSISSIPPI DAMNED), Danny Schecter (PLUNDER), David Brancaccio (FIXING THE FUTURE), James La Veck and Jenny Stein (Peacable Kingdom), Jeremy Levine (GOOD FORTUNE), Helen De Michiel (LUNCH LOVE COMMUNITY), Franklin Lopez (END: CIV), Tom Swarthout (Sidney Lumet's film editor), Karin Chien (executive director of Dgenerate Films from China).
