Find out about your mental health with free online screening

Counseling and Psychological Services (CAPS) provides cost-free online screening for a variety of mental health topics.  Complete an online screening to learn if you might be a good candidate for mental health treatment before a crisis occurs.  As Benjamin Franklin said: "an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure."
