 South Hill Forest Products is holding an open house!

 Sunday, April 10th Jason Hamilton's Non-Timber Forest Products will be hosting an Open House of IC's very own maple syrup farm (Sugar Bush)! You might have seen these delicious bottles around or heard murmurings of 24-hour outdoor boils, but now's your chance to find all about the maple syrup business from some Ithaca College students.

 Not only will we take you on a tour around Sugar Bush, but you will learn all about the production of maple syrup and how to identify trees in the winter This includes having a syrup tasting!

If you want to join us for our excursion, meet behind Park School (by the bus stop) at 12:00pm and we will drive you over! The vans will bring you back to campus at 2:00pm. For those of you who can't make it at noon, meet behind Park School at 2:00pm and stay until about 4:00pm!

So grab your hiking boots, dress weather appropriately, and learn something SWEET on IC's Natural Lands!
