So what is Arizona SB1070?? And what does it have to do with Asian-Americans and/or Asians in America?? FIND OUT!!!!

Thursday, April 7th at 7PM in Williams 222

Overview: (1) Presentation on the historical relationship between Latino and Asian migration into the U.S. and how it is to the benefit of Asian Americans to ally with Latinos over the discrimination they are facing in Arizona through SB 1070. (2) Students will participate in group discussions about their own experiences as immigrants or children of immigrants in the U.S. (3) Discussion of experiences and presentation.
