BOC is accepting applications for next year's exec board. There are physical copies of the application available in the SAC at the front desk. Electronic copies are available here:

Available Positions:

 

Assistant Director – Executive Director’s right hand person. Work with Exec Director to make sure shows are planned and executed correctly. Helps plan meetings with CES and Public Safety

 

Tech Director – Responsible for staging and technical work. Works with off campus companies or CES

Artist Services/Hospitality – Responsible for artist needs, purchasing rider, and setting up/tearing down dressing rooms.

 

Crew Coordinator – Organizes volunteers/volunteer meetings for shows; maintains listserv.

 

Treasurer – Keeps books in accordance with SGA guidelines. Oversees budget

 

Tickets – Oversees ticket sales/procedures. Runs box office during shows.

 

Security – Leads security volunteers at shows/head of security. Works with Public Safety

 

Advertising/PR – Oversees advertising and PR for events. Poster creation, distribution, and online presence.
