Sodexo is a DiversityInc site sponsor which from a full-disclosure standpoint should likely have been noted.

Also, I remember this from the first article I wrote on Sodexo: "Sodexo may unintentionally be diverse, taking any employees it can get. After all, there have been several charges made against Sodexo for discrimination, including one filed by thousands of black employees who claimed they were segregated within the company—Sodexo paid $80 million to settle the suit."
