First Class postage for a 1 ounce letter will remain at .44 cents
The additional ounces will increase to .20 cents (up from .17 cents)
Post cards will increase a penny to .29 cents
International letter mail to Canada and Mexico will increase to .80 cents (up from .75 and .79 cents respectively) All other countries will remain at .98 cents.
Non-profit  automated  letter rates will increase about .2 percent
Non-profit  automated flat rates will decrease about .1 percent
