Jessica Carp and Alysabeth Mahood presented research papers at the West/Central New York Regional Conference of Phi Alpha Theta on April 9th at LeMoyne College.

Jessica Carp presented "Conserving America: Promoting the Tradioning and the Status Quo in an Evolving Country" and Alysabeth Mahood presented "The Frontier that was Chautaqua: Bringing Culture to Small Towns and Mobilizing Rural America." Dr. Michael Smith, History, accompanied the students and served as a faculty paper evaluator.
