Have you ever wondered how to get a job as a sexuality educator? Are you interested in using your degree to work in health promotion, health education, community education, or gender and sexuality/social change? Join two Sociology alumna at an informal Q & A about their career paths as sexuality/health educators. Jenna Weintraub '05 and Christine McLear '07 will talk about their work in several New York communities. Light refreshments and resource materials will be provided. This event is free and open to the public.
Please join us Thursday April 21, from 6:30 to 7:30, in Friends 309. This event is sponsored by Sociology, Career Services, and the Center for LGBT Education, Outreach, and Services.
Students are asked to please RSVP for this Q & A presentation by logging into their Career Services eRecruiting account, clicking on "Special Event" in the Calendar section of their homepage and then clicking on the "Sexuality Education panel" (follow registration instructions). We'd love to see you even you can't RSVP, however.
Individuals with disabilities requiring accommodations should contact Rebecca Plante, 274-3311 or rplante@ithaca.edu. We ask that requests for accommodations be made as soon as possible.
