The meeting will be held from 12:10 to 1pm in Gannett 110.

The Steering Committee welcomes all who are interested in furthering Native American Studies and supporting the recruitment and retention of Native faculty, staff and students. We will be discussing curriculum revisions, ideas for 2011-2012 events, supporting Native students, development of a logo for Native American Studies, and participating with the visit of Amber Meadow Adams, candidate for one of the Diversity Pre-Doctoral Fellowships for 2011-2012. She will be on campus Friday afternoon April 29th and will give a talk about her research on Haudenosaunee culture and healing in Gannett 110 at 2pm. All are welcome to attend.
