Amber Meadow Adams (Mohawk), PhD candidate at SUNY Buffalo, will speak on Friday, April 29 at 2 pm in Gannett 110. She will discuss the importance of language on the maintenance and restoration of health in Native communities. Ms. Adams is a candidate for a School of Humanities and Sciences Pre-Doctoral Diversity Fellowship.
