-  We are collecting feedback to understand your needs as it relates to ordering food for meetings, groups, of six or more when you have run out of time to order formal catering through CES and are ordering food from off-campus.
-  In exchange for your opinion, one respondent will win a catered lunch for your department (credit of $50) for our new Simply to Go On the Go program which will be launched soon.
-  The survey has 9 questions - most are multiple choice. Your response must be completed by end of day Wednesday, April 27th
